Cayo Coco, Cuba

February 2023 saw us return post-pandemic to Cuba for two weeks. We stayed at the Playa Paraiso. Nice resort, acceptable food, great staff and wonderful beach. Glad we went.

Having gone to Cayo Coco in 2020, we decided to hire Paulino Lopez Delgado, a local guide, again.  We were not disappointed. This time our expectations were to exceed the number of species and lifers, seen last time. Paulino made it happen. We saw 114 species of which 12 were lifers. Thank you amigo for the EXCELLENT outings.
